Josh Mineroff

Josh Mineroff, PhD has a diverse work experience in various industries. Josh is currently the Director of Solution Architecture, Tech Alliances at Domino Data Lab. In this role, they are responsible for all technology partnerships and alliances globally. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Tech Alliances at Domino and also as a Senior Partner Solutions Architect, where they led validation and certification for NVIDIA AI Enterprise and designed and implemented Domino's NVIDIA LaunchPad experience. Before joining Domino, Josh worked as a Field Engineer, advising Fortune 500 data science teams on leveraging Domino and building custom solutions in cloud and on-prem environments. Josh also represented Domino at industry and customer conferences. Josh started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Domino, where they learned the product and helped users resolve issues.

In addition to their work at Domino, Josh founded Meet 'n Treat, a mobile app for dog socialization, where they designed and prototyped the app and planned blog content and networking activities.

Prior to their industry experience, Josh served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Iowa State University. Josh published research projects and mentored other graduate students on optimization algorithms. Josh also taught an introductory course in Mechanical Engineering Design and helped launch a flipped classroom initiative.

Josh also had a role at Shuffle, a project sponsored by Tupperware, where they led a team in user research and product design and won a selection by Tupperware for further development and patenting.

Josh Mineroff, PhD, obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Applied Optimization and a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Iowa State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering at Rowan University from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Josh Mineroff has acquired several certifications, including becoming an Administrator and Data Science Practitioner from Domino Data Lab in February 2023. Josh also obtained a Deep Learning Specialization certification from Coursera in 2019 and a Rescue Diver certification from PADI in 2009.
