Tom Gleason

Tom Gleason is the CFO at Domino Data Lab. Tom has over 18 years of experience in finance and strategy.

Tom started their career at Ernst & Young in 2003 as a Transaction Advisory Services Manager. Tom then moved to Motricity in 2011 as their Revenue Manager. In September of 2011, Tom joined Tableau Software as their Vice President of Finance. Tom held this position for 9 years until they left to join Avalara in August of 2020 as their Vice President of Finance & Strategy. Tom left Avalara in September of 2021 to join Domino Data Lab as their CFO.

Tom Gleason has a B.A. in Accounting and a B.B.A. in Finance Concentration from Gonzaga University. Tom also has a M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Tom is certified from Tableau Software in Tableau Desktop 9 Qualified Associate and from the Washington State Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.

Their manager is Nick Elprin, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Ken Tacelli - Chief Operating Officer, Chris Yang - Co-Founder & Chief Product and Technology Officer, and Michelle Arieta - Chief People Officer.
