Tom Badura

Tom Badura has a diverse work experience. Tom started their career in 2005 at the Bundeswehr, where they served as the Deputy Group Leader for Vehicle Readiness in the 1st Artillery Battalion 295 DF Brigade until 2009. Subsequently, they worked at Starbucks Coffee Deutschland GmbH from 2009 to 2013, progressing from an Apprentice System Catering Expert to an Assistant Store Manager. Since 2015, Tom has been employed by Domino's Pizza Deutschland, initially joining as an Operations Management Trainee and then progressing through various roles such as Jr. Field Consultant, Franchise Consultant, Jr. Market Manager Süd, and currently serving as the Head of Franchise Development.
