David Klages has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. David started their career in 1996 at TAFE NSW where they held the positions of Manager Workforce Planning and later Director of Human Resources. David then joined Integral Energy, now Endeavour Energy, as Manager of Human Resources for four years. In 2007, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan, where they held various leadership roles in their Human Capital function, including Senior Manager, Director of Human Capital, and Director of Human Capital - Performance and Transformation. In 2013, they became the Head of HR Strategy and Policy at QSuper Limited. Currently, David holds the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited, overseeing executive compensation, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and other related areas.
David Klages completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation from the University of Newcastle between 1990 and 1993. David also obtained a Commercial Pilots Licence from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority in 1993.
