Kristy Holter

Kristy Holter has over two decades of extensive experience in payroll management and human resources, currently serving as the Global People, Culture & Programs Manager at Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited since 2007. In this role, Kristy has led projects involving the implementation of new payroll systems and policies, managed a team of 15 members across Australia and the Philippines, and oversaw payroll processing for 250 employees. Prior experiences include positions at Biniris as Payroll Supervisor, managing payroll for approximately 700 staff, and roles at Toll North, Queensland Police Service, and various other organizations where Kristy honed skills in payroll processing, data entry, reconciliation, and policy implementation. Kristy has a professional background supported by education from the Association of Payroll Specialists and high school credentials from Nambour State High School.
