Matt Kershaw

Matt Kershaw has a diverse work experience starting in 2006. Matt worked as a Professional Speaker and Coach at mattkershaw.com.au. In 2011, they joined The yLead Association Inc. as CEO, where they led a team that delivered empowering events and experiences for young people and education professionals. Matt also served as the CEO until February 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited, initially as the Leadership Development Manager, then as the Head of People Development for the Australia and New Zealand region. Later, they became the Global Head of People Development and is currently the Global Head of Talent & Capability.

Matt Kershaw attended Samuel Gilbert Public School from 1991 to 1997 and The Hills Grammar School from 1998 to 2003. Matt did not major in any specific field or obtain a degree during their education.
