Lynn Fordham

Lynn was appointed to the Board in September 2020.

Lynn is currently Managing Partner of private equity firm Larchpoint Capital LLP, a position she has held since June 2017. She also chairs their directs investment committee and leads the advisory and structuring team.

Prior to joining Larchpoint, Lynn was CEO of SVG Capital plc for nine years and before that held senior positions at Boots plc, BAA plc and Barratt Developments plc.

As a non-executive, she is a Supervisory Board Member of Varo Energy BV and Chair of RMA-The Royal Marines Charity. Lynn spent seven years on the Board of brewer and pub operator Fuller, Smith & Turner plc where she also chaired the Audit Committee and was a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees.
