Shailaya Aravindhan

Shailaya Aravindhan has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Head of HR & Admin at Domino's Sri Lanka since January 2019. Prior to this role, Shailaya held the position of Head of HR at Etisalat Lanka (Private) Limited from November 2007 to January 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bangalore University, including a specialization in Finance.
