Sr. Customer Success Manager at Domo

Katie Osteen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Beginning in 1999, they worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Saint Thomas Health and later at Select Specialty Hospital until 2005. In 2010, they briefly served as a Transition Support and Product Integration PRN at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. From 2003 to 2011, they worked as an Educator at Williamson County Schools, where they wrote curriculums and managed teachers.

Katie then transitioned to an Educator role at the American School of Brasilia from 2011 to 2014. In addition to writing curriculums, they headed the history program and managed a team of 6-12 teachers.

From 2014 to 2015, Katie worked as an Upper School English Teacher at Léman Manhattan Preparatory School. Katie then joined Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as an Account Executive from 2015 to 2019. In this role, they managed school districts, led cross-functional teams, and developed winning solutions to meet program goals.

In 2019, Katie joined Syndigo as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Katie worked with Proctor and Gamble, collaborating with their teams in Canada and the United States to update content on retailer sites. Katie also provided clients with data on product sales and reviews and handled their questions and concerns.

Currently, Katie is employed as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Domo, Inc. starting in 2022.

Katie Osteen attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2000 to 2003. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education.
