Stephanie Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and client experience management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager Customer Success at RapidScale since April 2023, Stephanie previously held multiple leadership positions at Cox Business from July 2016 to April 2023, including Assistant General Manager and Sales Manager, where strong contributions were made to the management of telecommunications for major trade shows in Las Vegas. Earlier career experience includes serving as Customer Service Supervisor at showNets, LLC, with an emphasis on team success and system development, and as a Foreclosure Officer at Meridian Foreclosure Service, tasked with supervising operations and implementing business improvements. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University.
