Ryan Bullock has extensive experience in the field of software engineering and technical support. Ryan started their career at Micron Technology as a Computer Technician, where they demonstrated excellent technical skills and communication. Ryan also trained and mentored new employees during their time there.
Moving on, Ryan joined Brigham Young University as a Computer Technician, where they maintained both hardware and software for the Office of Information Technology. Ryan supported over 500 machines and quickly mastered unfamiliar operating systems, software, and devices to provide seamless support.
Ryan then joined Domo, Inc. as a Technical Advisor, where they handled Developer and API related issues. Ryan worked on bug tickets and escalated cases, collaborating with third-party vendors and their APIs. Ryan was a trusted participant in GitHub, coding fixes and creating pull requests. Later, Ryan was promoted to the role of Senior Technical Advisor at Domo, Inc. Here, they continued to excel in their technical expertise and played the role of an ambassador to the Development Team.
