Tyler Major

Director, Customer Success at Domo

Tyler Major has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tyler started their career in 1992 as a Sr. Inventory Manager at FranklinCovey and stayed with the company until 2008. At FranklinCovey, they developed strong inventory management skills.

In 2008, Tyler joined Datamark as a Sr. Media Planner and later took on the role of Sr. Client Solutions Manager. Tyler then became an Account Director, where they demonstrated their expertise in client management and solutions delivery. After leaving Datamark, Tyler joined ThomasARTS as an Account Director and later served as a Group Account Director.

Tyler then moved to Zions Bank, where they worked as the Senior Vice President of Marketing from 2015 to 2017. At Zions Bank, they developed strategic marketing plans and implemented successful marketing campaigns.

In 2017, Tyler joined Jerry Seiner Dealerships as the Marketing Director for a brief period before transitioning to Domo, Inc. At Domo, Tyler held various customer success roles, including Partner Relationship Manager, Enterprise Sr. Client Success Manager, and Principal Customer Success Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success at Domo, Inc.

Throughout their career, Tyler Major has demonstrated a strong track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and delivering results across different roles and industries.

Tyler Major attended Salt Lake Community College from 2006 to 2008 and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business.
