Victoria Kitchiner

Victoria Kitchiner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Victoria started their career as a Sales Assistant at Clarks in 2011 and worked there for three years. In 2014, they joined WBRS as a Consultant specializing in the placement of Business Change, Legal, Technology, and Technology Sales professionals. After working for WBRS for a year and a half, they moved to Saunders Architecture + Urban Design in 2016. At Saunders, they served as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, and HR Assistant, handling various responsibilities for a nationwide architectural practice. In 2018, Victoria joined Domo, Inc. as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager & HR Assistant EMEA. Over time, they progressively moved up within the company, becoming an HR Business Partner in 2019 and currently holds the position of Senior HR Business Partner EMEA since March 2022.

Victoria Kitchiner began their education at Chancellors School from 2004 to 2011, although the specific degree or field of study is unknown. Victoria then attended the University of Portsmouth from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminology and Forensic Studies. In 2017, Victoria enrolled at Avado and completed a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from 2017 to 2018. Victoria furthered their education at IBITG in 2018, specializing in the EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation. More recently, in 2019 to 2020, they pursued a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources at Avado.
