Sophie Joseph

Sophie JOSEPH is a seasoned environmental manager with extensive experience in the construction sector, currently serving as Responsable Environnement at EIFFAGE CONSTRUCTION since July 2019. In this role, Sophie provides environmental support throughout project phases, assesses environmental risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads training initiatives on environmental issues. Prior to this position, Sophie was Chef de Groupe Construction Durable at ELAN from March 2014 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing sustainable certification processes for large-scale projects and leading training sessions on sustainability certifications. Sophie began their career as Chef de Projets Construction Durable at Greenaffair from November 2010 to February 2014. Sophie holds an engineering degree in environmental engineering from EPF Engineering School and has completed additional studies at Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal, Canada.
