Sylvia Yvars

Sylvia YVARS is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in managing HR functions across various companies. Currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Domofrance since December 2021, Sylvia previously held similar roles at Transgourmet France and Saica Group, focusing on operational HR for multiple sites. Sylvia's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at SUEZ France, where responsibilities encompassed multi-site HR management, change management, and development of career paths. Additional positions include roles at STI-FRANCE, NOVERGIE, and Elyo Midi Ocean, with expertise in payroll management, training development, and HR transformation. Sylvia is furthering education in conflict management through a program at the Institut Français de la Médiation and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from CESI École de Formation des Managers.
