Rex Penza

Rex Penza has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Rex'smost recent role is as an Associate Director of KOL Peer to Peer Strategy at Dompé, starting in October 2022. Before that, they worked as an Area Sales Director at Kala Pharmaceuticals from August 2021 to October 2022. From September 2019 to March 2022, they were a Thought Leader Liaison West at Novartis. Prior to that, Rex worked at Shire as an Ophthalmics Market Development Lead from March 2018 to September 2019 and as a Regional Director from March 2015 to March 2017. Rex also held roles at Bausch + Lomb as an Institutional Account Manager from March 2014 to March 2015 and as a Senior Ocular Sales Representative from August 2009 to March 2014.
