Melissa Picard

Melissa Picard has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of People, Talent and Culture at Domtar from May 2021 to November 2023. Previously, Melissa held the role of Vice President of Talent and Culture and Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Domtar. Earlier career roles included Human Resources Coordinator at Talent : Strategie Inc. and Deputy Director at the Military Family Resources Centre. Melissa also completed a work relations internship at Rochefort & Associés Inc. Melissa holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
