Michel Paquette

Michel Paquette has extensive experience in the paper industry, currently serving as Directeur, amélioration continue et optimisation at Domtar since January 2011. Prior roles at Domtar include Directeur de l’amélioration continue and Senior Project Leader, focusing on the integration of systems and results management. Michel also worked as Superintendant of paper machines at Papiers Gaspésia from July 2003 to February 2004 and as a Supervisor at Domtar from December 1999 to July 2003. Michel's educational background includes a B. Eng. in Chemical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke (1990-1995) and studying for an MBA at Université de Sherbrooke from 2008 to 2013.
