Richard Wittstock

Richard Wittstock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development and project management. As the Principal at Domus Homes Group since January 2016, Richard has contributed to the creation of exceptional residential communities by leveraging knowledge and integrity. In addition, Richard serves as President of Symphony Projects Corp. since June 2005, focusing on high-quality multi-family and mixed-use developments in the Greater Vancouver area. Previously, Richard held the role of Senior Vice President of Development at The Salient Group, where oversight of mixed-use projects like 21 Doors and Trapp+Holbrook was part of the responsibilities. Richard's career includes a significant tenure as Vice President of Development at Amacon Group, managing diverse real estate projects across multiple regions. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia.
