In addition, Richard serves as President of Symphony Projects Corp. since June 2005, focusing on high-quality multi-family and mixed-use developments in the Greater Vancouver area. Previously, Richard held the role of Senior Vice President of Development at The Salient Group, where oversight of mixed-use projects like 21 Doors and Trapp+Holbrook was part of the responsibilities. Richard's career includes a significant tenure as Vice President of Development at Amacon Group, managing diverse real estate projects across multiple regions. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia.
