Bianca Shinn-Desras

Bianca is the director of family advocacy middle schools (SPS) and after school programs at Domus Kids. She holds advanced degrees in public health, school health education, and urban studies from Southern Connecticut State University. She is a certified health education teacher in the State of CT. Bianca is a national certified health education specialist (CHES). She has over 15 years of experience working in nonprofit and governmental agency sectors. Bianca is an active member with Connecticut’s Parent Leader Training Institute (PLTI). She is a very engaged community activist in her free time.
