Connie E. is an accomplished business owner and entrepreneur, serving as the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, leading a renowned cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City. In addition, Connie has been a co-owner at Grupo Rexa since 2002, focusing on the construction and sale of warehouses and industrial buildings.
