Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, compliance, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana leads an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a degree in Nutrition from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online.
