Rachael Yancey

Rachael Yancey possesses a diverse background in customer service, administrative support, and management across various roles. Currently serving as a Cashier/Warranty Clerk at Don Franklin Family of Dealerships since May 2023, Rachael has previously held positions including Assistant Branch Manager at Mariner Finance and Title Clerk at Don Franklin Family of Dealerships. Experience also includes roles at Baxter's Coffee, The Job Shop, Happy Hoppers Coffee and More, Senture, LLC, and Visionworks, where Rachael developed skills in staffing, retail management, and customer relations. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Eastern Kentucky University, earned in May 2017.
