Jesse Rogers

Jesse Rogers is an experienced HSE professional with a comprehensive background in safety management and leadership within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as HSE Manager at Legacy Artificial Lift Solutions since May 2025, Jesse has a long tenure at Don-Nan Pump & Supply, where responsibilities include Safety Director, Fleet Manager, and RSO since November 2009. Prior to that, Jesse worked at Lufkin Industries, focusing on HSE in the Permian Basin from November 2009 until May 2025, providing extensive expertise in health, safety, and environmental practices through multiple acquisitions. Jesse completed education at Robert E. Lee High School.
