Alex Innocent has a diverse range of work experience in the sales and marketing field. In 2013, they worked as a Revenue Management Analyst for MillerCoors, where they led pricing strategy and business analytics for the Arizona/Las Vegas business unit. They were awarded the sales "Enabler of the Year" in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Pricing Strategy & Analytics Manager at MillerCoors, where they drove innovative pricing strategy and provided analytics support to regional revenue management teams. They also created and executed a national pricing strategy to drive net producer revenue growth. Starting in 2017, Alex worked at The Hess Collection Winery, first as the Director of Brand Marketing and later as the Business Intelligence Manager. They led a team managing high impact, short-term process improvement projects and fostered a culture of curiosity within the organization, receiving the 2018 "MVP" of the year award. Currently, Alex is the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Don Sebastiani & Sons, a position they began in September 2022.
