Eudis Muhangi

Eudis Muhangi is an experienced IT Programmer and Senior Analyst currently working at Doña Ana County since January 2024. Previously, Eudis served as a Software Engineer at Softcodes Limited from October 2019 to July 2022, where Eudis developed a high-performance backend system using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, enhancing data processing by 30%, and created a Microservices architecture utilizing various AWS technologies. Prior to that, Eudis worked at Think Innovations from August 2018 to October 2019, focusing on the development of REST API endpoints and participating in the software development life cycle with an agile approach. Eudis holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Maharishi International University, expected to be completed in 2025, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Mbarara University of Science & Technology, completed in April 2021.
