Ed Billman

Ed Billman has a long and varied work experience. Ed began their career in 1978 as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force. In 2003, they became an Independent Consultant. In 2013, they were Vice President of Business Development at VIRTUS Executive & Healthcare Placement LLC. In 2014, they became Vice President of Operations at PrimaCore Solutions, LLC. Most recently, in 2018, they were appointed Vice President of Commercial Operations at Donald L. Mooney Enterprise.

Ed Billman received a B.S. in Psychology from the United States Air Force Academy between 1974 and 1978. Ed then went on to earn an M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1985 and 1987.
