SYLVIANE NGUYEN

Sylviane Nguyen has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting roles. SYLVIANE began their career at Westwood Management Corporation as a Senior Financial Accountant, where they were responsible for financial reporting on operations of over 1.8 million square feet of office buildings. SYLVIANE then moved on to Lockheed Martin Corporation as a Manager/Senior Financial Analyst & Reporting, where they handled both domestic and international financial analysis and reporting. In this role, they also defined and adopted financial policies to improve efficiency in recording over $1 billion in year-end equity earnings. Sylviane then joined Edgewood Management, Inc. as an Assistant Controller, managing property accounting operations and overseeing investment/cash management portfolios. SYLVIANE also designed financial models to automate reporting to HUD and other business partners. After that, they worked at Horning Brothers as a Controller, before joining The Donaldson Group. At The Donaldson Group, Sylviane served as the Senior Vice President/Controller, where they oversaw corporate and property financial management and accounting operations. SYLVIANE also led the implementation of business system innovations and financial infrastructure improvements. In addition, Sylviane was an integral part of The Donaldson Group management team and TDG Capital Partners acquisition team as the Chief Financial Officer.

Sylviane Nguyen received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 1990. In addition to their degree, they have acquired certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
