Kirsty Letham is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Team Lead at Donaldson Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kirsty held positions as General Manager at Marston's PLC from October 2018 to April 2023 and at Mitchells & Butlers PLC from January 2011 to October 2018. Kirsty has completed a CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management (Level 5) in June 2023 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Plymouth, obtained in April 2015, as well as a Bachelor's of Education in Primary Education from the University of Dundee, completed in September 2010.
