Andy Cebulla

Andy Cebulla currently serves as the Global Corporate Controller at Donaldson since March 2022, overseeing global financial accounting practices, fiscal records, and financial reporting. Prior to this role, Andy was the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, and Corporate Controller at APi Group, managing financial activities and compliance with SEC regulations. Andy's experience includes serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Tennant Company, where responsibilities encompassed strategic financial leadership and guiding compliance initiatives. Additionally, Andy held various financial leadership positions at MTS Systems Corporation, Ceridian, Emerson Process Management, Honeywell, and Deloitte & Touche throughout a robust career in finance and accounting. Andy holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Saint John's University.
