Ashley Elijah

Ashley Elijah began their career in 2004 as an intern at Caterpillar Inc. In 2005, they worked as an intern at John Deere. In 2006, they joined 3M as a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for various divisions and projects. Ashley became a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and later a Manufacturing Technology Engineer Specialist. Currently, they work at Donaldson as a Principal Project Manager, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Ashley has gained experience in extruding, coating, and converting products, as well as leading projects and working with plants globally.

Ashley Elijah obtained Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University between 2001 and 2006. Prior to that, Ashley attended North Cedar High School, but no degree or field of study is mentioned. Additionally, Ashley has an unspecified certification in Green Belt.
