Camille Guzman

Camille Guzman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They started their career at Medtronic in 2005 as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they worked in roles such as Sterile Pack/Final Pack Engineering Support and Process Development. They eventually progressed to become a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and then a Principal Quality Engineer. In these roles, they managed various engineering activities, including new product introductions, test method validations, and manufacturing process validations. They also took on leadership responsibilities, such as managing contractors, leading remediation plans, and serving as a point of contact for nonconformances across multiple sites. In 2023, Camille Guzman joined Donaldson as a Principal Engineer.

Camille Guzman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez between 1998 and 2003.
