Derek Friske

Derek Friske is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Engineering Business Processes at Donaldson since October 2015. In this role, Derek oversees a team responsible for engineering business processes in the AMER region, with a focus on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Prior positions at Donaldson include Engineering Manager/Sr. Product Engineer, where Derek managed a portfolio of over 400 industrial products and led cost reduction initiatives, and Sr. Structural Engineer, specializing in structural engineering for industrial air filtration systems. Derek's career also includes experience at Aerosystems Engineering and CNA Consulting Engineers, where Derek contributed to structural design and construction supervision.
