Francisco Diaz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Latin America Mobile Solutions Aftermarket Sales Senior Director at Donaldson since October 2010, Francisco oversees the commercial performance of a new business unit. Previous roles at Donaldson include Latin America Engine Business Director, where significant sales growth and strategic initiatives were achieved during challenging market conditions. Francisco's earlier experience at TRW Automotive included leadership positions such as Plant Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed operational stabilization, increasing production, and strategic planning.
