Jamie Carlson

Jamie Carlson is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Donaldson since March 2022, after holding the role of Senior Human Resources Partner. Prior to this, Jamie worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Versique Search & Consulting from October 2021 to March 2022 and as the Director of Human Resources at Scoular from August 2018 to October 2021. In the latter position, Jamie led talent and performance management initiatives and facilitated HR partnership for business growth in Asia. Additional experience includes past roles as Talent Manager and Human Resources Director at The Scoular Company, with previous HR positions at Cargill and Wilsons Leather. Jamie holds an MBA from Bethel University and a degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota.
