Jill Lynch

Jill Lynch, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Internal Audit (Chief Audit Executive) at Donaldson since August 2021 and holds the position of VP CAE Relations on the IIA Twin Cities Chapter 2022-2023 Leadership Team. Prior to this, Jill was a Director at PwC, focusing on Global Assurance Quality - Inspections from July 2021 to February 2023, and held multiple roles there from 2004 to 2021, including Director in Assurance Innovation and Technology and client service in Minneapolis and Moscow. Additional experience includes serving as President of the Board of Directors at Beachside Studios Association and Treasurer for the Como Park Living at Home Block Nurse Program, along with positions as External Auditor at Imation and Medtronic. Jill earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
