Jorge Gonzalez

Jorge Gonzalez serves as the Finance Director for LATAM at Donaldson since January 2018, previously holding the position of Regional FP&A Manager. Prior to this, Jorge held key finance roles at Shell from January 2010 to December 2017, including Country Finance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the establishment of Shell's operations in Peru, including finance process implementation and SAP deployment. Jorge also served as Finance Manager for Gas del Litoral, focusing on finance reorganization and process efficiency, and as Financial & Planning Manager, coordinating new business initiatives in Mexico. Jorge holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IPADE Business School, earned between 2011 and 2013.
