Kelly N.

Kelly N. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to CRM and database management. Kelly began their career as an Administrative Coordinator and Crime Victim Liaison at the Council on Crime and Justice from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they created and maintained Microsoft Access databases, collected input from victims, and assisted with crisis calls. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Technical Administrative Coordinator for Inter-Plan Programs at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where they created databases and assisted with presentation materials and travel arrangements. Kelly then moved on to Gray Plant Mooty as an InterAction CRM Coordinator from 2007 to 2012, where they maintained CRM databases, generated reports, and designed custom reports. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Digiliti Money, Inc., starting as a NetSuite CRM Manager/Sales Analyst and later becoming the Manager of Contracts and NetSuite CRM. Here, they managed contracts, analyzed data, and coordinated with the CRM system. Currently, Kelly is working as the Principal CRM Analyst - MS Dynamics at Donaldson, starting in 2018.

Kelly N. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Subsequently, Kelly N. pursued a Certificate in Paralegal studies at North Hennepin Community College from 2004 to 2006.
