Kristen Thurber

Kristen Thurber is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in business enablement, portfolio management, and strategic transformation across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of IT Business Enablement at Donaldson since January 2019, Kristen previously held the position of VP of IT Portfolio Management at Taylor Corporation, transforming IT governance and establishing demand management frameworks. Prior experience at Thomson Reuters included leading the Business Relationship Management discipline and overseeing global IT services, as well as managing SAP deployment and BI reporting strategies. Kristen’s career also includes roles at The Thomson Corporation and West Publishing, culminating in a strong foundation in application development and technical architecture. Kristen holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Asian Studies from St. Olaf College.
