Matthew Hanson

Matthew Hanson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology services and engineering management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Technology Services at Donaldson since September 2012, Matthew oversees the company's largest corporate R&D laboratories and focuses on the commercialization of non-woven media technologies. Previous roles at Donaldson include Director of Laboratory Operations and Product Validation and Manager of Global Test Systems, where responsibilities encompassed the design and maintenance of proprietary test systems. Prior to returning to Donaldson, Matthew held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CAC Services Group, managing legal services related to class action notifications in North America. Matthew began his career as a Development Engineer at Donaldson, developing systems for diesel particulate filters, and further honed skills as a Program Manager at ETAS, promoting automotive tool solutions. Matthew holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and additional qualifications in precision engine machining.
