Natalie Ionescu

Natalie Ionescu has extensive work experience in the field of talent and development, with a focus on learning and training. NATALIE is currently working as a Principal Talent and Development Specialist at Donaldson, where they are responsible for various project management tasks and leading virtual instructor-led courses. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a Senior Learning Specialist at the same company, where they designed and facilitated learning experiences on topics like Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Mentorship, and New Leader Essentials.

Before joining Donaldson, Natalie worked at Ecolab, where they held several roles including Learning Experience Specialist, Training Specialist - Instructional Designer, Training Coordinator, and Training Assistant.
