Nilda G. is an experienced compensation professional with a robust career spanning several prominent companies. Currently serving as Compensation Principal at Donaldson since April 2023, Nilda's previous roles include Senior Compensation Consultant at Robert Half, and various positions at Raytheon Technologies, including Total Rewards Manager and Senior Total Rewards Specialist.
