Sophie Comment

Sophie COMMENT is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager for Donaldson EMEA since March 2010. In this role, Sophie has contributed to one of the leading filtration manufacturers by addressing complex HR challenges and enhancing employee engagement. Prior to this position, Sophie held the role of HR Manager at Carrere from 2007 to 2009, managing various HR functions including employee relations and recruitment across French locations. Sophie's career began at Adecco, where a tenure from April 1996 to April 2007 included serving as Recruitment Center Manager in Toulouse, following four years as an HR Adviser at the regional level. Sophie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Université de Caen Normandie and a Master 1 (M1) in AES from Université de Lorraine.
