Sophie de Lamarre

Sophie de Lamarre is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People & Culture Manager France at Kongsberg Automotive since December 2022. Previous roles include HR Manager at Ball Aerosol Packaging, where responsibilities encompassed a variety of HR functions for a site of 150 employees, and management of the Beaurepaire site. Sophie has also held HR leadership positions at Galderma, Transdev, VEKA, and Saint-Gobain Performance Ceramics & Refractories, managing teams and overseeing various HR operations, including recruitment, training, social relations, and performance management.
