Matthew Iwen is an accomplished Corporate Scientist with over 20 years of experience in research and development and project management. Currently serving as Research and Development Manager at Donatelle since February 2006, Matthew has demonstrated strong technical leadership and a diverse skill set in management and entrepreneurship, applicable to both start-up technology companies and established corporate structures. Prior roles include Technical Manager at Rexam Medical Packaging, Polymer Scientist at ALZA Corporation, and Polymer Chemist/Application Engineer at Cargill Bioengineering LLC. Matthew holds a Master’s Degree in Material Science and a Bachelor of Science in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering, both from the University of Minnesota.
