Raghu Vadlamudi has extensive experience in process development and technology management in the medical device and injection molding industries. Raghu has held various positions throughout their career, including Chief Research and Technology Director at Donatelle since November 2013. Prior to that, Raghu worked as the Director of Process Development and the Technology Manager at Donatelle, where they were responsible for developing and validating manufacturing processes for medical devices. Raghu also managed a team of engineers in these roles. Before joining Donatelle, Raghu worked as a Senior Process Engineer and a Molding Consultant at Phillips Plastics Corporation. In these positions, they managed process development departments and advised on efficient design of parts and molds. Raghu's earlier experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Wamar Products Inc, a Plastics Engineer at Neu-Tool Design Inc, and a Research Engineer at Continental PET Technologies. Raghu has a strong background in injection molding process development, validation, and optimization.
Raghu Vadlamudi has a strong educational background in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Raghu obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University, which they pursued from 1988 to 1991. Prior to that, they completed a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the same university from 1984 to 1987.
In addition to their formal education, Raghu has also earned several certifications in various fields. Raghu obtained a Sterilization Professional Certification from CfPA - The Center for Professional Advancement in December 2021.
