Rebecca Wilshire

Rebecca is a qualified Social Worker and Manager with over 25 years’ experience. She has extensive experience in working in children, young people and families services, working in both the private and public sector. Rebecca is passionate about good social work practice where children and families are held at the centre of practice, and based on relationships and respect.

Rebecca has held a variety of roles across different Local Authorities and managed a number of service areas and supported a number of change management projects. Rebecca has experience of undertaking LGA Peer Reviews, and also sits on the Child Sexual Abuse Centre of Excellence Advisory Board.
