Rachel Harwood

Rachel Harwood serves as the Executive Director at Doncaster Racecourse and Exhibition Centre since April 2020, overseeing operations in sport, hospitality, sponsorship, and events. Previously, Rachel held the position of Director at Durham Cricket from May 2012 to March 2020, where significant achievements included delivering a £500,000 EBITA over budget and increasing domestic turnover by 26%. Prior roles also feature General Manager positions at The Kassam Complex and York Conference Park, with responsibilities encompassing facilities management, business development, and customer experience enhancement. Rachel began a career in conference management at SMi Conferences in 1997, progressing through various roles to Conference Director. Rachel holds a BA Hons in History from Middlesex University.
