Craig Collins has a diverse work experience in sports coaching and education. Craig started their career as a Physical Education Coach at Carr Manor Sports College in 2009. Craig then worked as a Multi Sports Coach at Doncaster Knights Rugby Club, delivering TAG rugby in schools and engaging young supporters. Craig also worked as a Football Development Centre Assistant at Balby Carr Community Sports College, where they gained experience coaching college football teams and organizing football camps.

In 2010, Craig joined Active Fusion as a Young Persons Development Officer, managing sports projects, coaching, and promoting products to schools. Craig also worked with local sports clubs and national governing bodies to organize school competitions and develop talent pathways.

Craig later worked as a Learning Support Assistant at Highfields Primary Academy, taking physical education lessons and assisting with literacy and numeracy curriculum. Craig was then a College Sports Maker at Dearne Valley College, planning and delivering sports competitions and fixtures with other colleges and universities.

From 2016 to 2022, Craig worked at Club Doncaster as a Sports Lecturer & Academy Coordinator, teaching sports qualifications and running the college football program.

In 2022, Craig joined Doncaster Rovers FC as the Head of Academy Education and Performance Analysis, overseeing the development of academy performance analysis and education programs. Craig also managed web-based accounts and software suites for players and management.

In 2023, Craig briefly worked as a Youth Development Phase Coach for the U13 squad at Doncaster Rovers FC before becoming the 1st Team Joint Manager at Ollerton Town Community Football Club.

Craig Collins earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sport and Recreation Development from Leeds Beckett University between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Btec National Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science from Doncaster College, spanning from 2003 to 2005.

Additionally, Craig has obtained several certifications, including a UEFA B Licence from The Football Association, and various courses related to recruitment, player scouting, performance analysis, first aid, and soccer analysis from institutions such as S4SCOUTING.COM, The International Professional Scouting Organisation, Professional Football Scouts Association (PFSA), Oceania Football Confederation, Hudl, Barça Innovation Hub - Universitas, StatsBomb, and Soccer HUB - Education Platform.
