Neil Everton

Neil Everton currently serves as the Head of Data and I.T. Data Manager at Doncasters Group since April 2021, focusing on data management within the I.T. sector. Prior to this role, Neil spent nearly 14 years at Rolls-Royce, where responsibilities included managing a £6.5 million budget as the Technical Programme Manager for Cost in the Turbines Business, delivering significant cost savings through engineering projects. Neil also held positions as Manufacturing Engineer Cost Lead, Team Leader, and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, contributing to improvements in manufacturing processes and methodologies for aerospace engine components, alongside experience as a Six Sigma green belt and improvement facilitator.
